About the EMI JIP

The EMI JIP undertakes an annual survey cycle and one-on-one discussions with active supply chain firms in the energy industry that specialize in one or more of the following project delivery workstreams: project management, engineering, procurement, construction, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.

The EMI JIP was initially focused on onshore process facilities in upstream, downstream, and petrochemicals segments, but has grown to include offshore upstream, renewable energy, carbon capture, and hydrogen value chain projects.

The mission of the EMI JIP is to connect energy project developers and supply chain participants to continuously improve project delivery. We accomplish our mission through our annual survey process, dedicated one-on-one conversations between customer and supplier groups, and market reports generated from survey responses.

By leveraging the EMI JIP survey data, companies can enhance strategic planning, reduce risks, and identify growth opportunities.
